A Notice of Liability has been served upon the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and each of the fourteen provincial and territorial law societies. Each notice places the recipient institution on the constitutional and criminal record concerning the ongoing breach of trust and extraction from the pre-existing liberties of the Heirs, and establishes a daily accumulating fine of $5,000.00 CAD per hour against the institution, and $2,000.00 CAD per hour against any participating licencee, from the moment of service.
Each PDF below is served upon the corresponding law society by email on 20 April, A.D. 2026. Both the PDF and its SHA-256 fingerprint are preserved as public record. The full text of each notice is also rendered in HTML for accessible reading.
Un Avis de responsabilité a été signifié à la Fédération des ordres professionnels de juristes du Canada et à chacun des quatorze ordres provinciaux et territoriaux. Chaque avis place l'institution destinataire devant le dossier constitutionnel et criminel relatif à l'abus de confiance continu et à l'extraction des libertés préexistantes des Héritiers, et établit une amende journalière cumulative de 5 000,00 $ CAD par heure contre l'institution, et de 2 000,00 $ CAD par heure contre tout membre participant, à compter de la signification.
